Sometimes when it's raining in Shibuya, there are so many umbrellas it looks like a mushroom forest.
Speaking of mushrooms, I think Japan has some of the best selections of mushrooms in the world. Shiitake, maitake, shimeji, erengi, I love all of them. Lately I like to pour olive oil over them and sprinkle them with salt and pepper and grill them in my fish grill.
